La Peste Negra is a band from Barcelona (Spain) born in 2002, their lyrics mix macabre skulls, spirits and curses in equal parts. These melodies pays tribute to bands like Bauhaus, Christian Death or 45 Grave. Shows that don' t leave you indifferent, full of drama and passion for the dark side.

Formed originally by Lady Stardust (vocals, lyrics, guitar), Caligula (keyboards, programming). After some months, Emmanuelle (bass) joined the band.

Just after releasing their first EP in 2004 "Dreaming Demons", David (guitar) joins the band. For two years there were no changes in the band until 2006, when Fernando (drums) joined to lend weight to the band with real drums.

In the end of 2007 presented a its next long play preview-promo called "Invocations From Forthcoming Album" and in  the mid-2008,  they realease the first album "Voices From Beyond" in Blind Dead Records.

Following this release, Emmanuelle and Fernando left the band and join Raven (bass) and M (drums).

In 2010 they released their last EP "Thanatopía", free download in Zorch Factory Records.
